Why I Decided to Purchase this Griddler

To date I’ve cooked chicken, fish, lean ground beef hamburgers, petite sirloin meats, veggies, panini, chicken quesadillas, beef quesadillas, common grilled cheese sandwiches, and Oscar Mayer Poultry Smoked Sausage on my small Griddler Junior. Boneless chicken breasts emerge juicy – really juicy – with serious grill marks and tasting great. Panini – wow arrives great. Quesadillas emerge great, with grill marks, plus they go right to the table nice hot.
Before researching the significance of wattage, my primary reason behind attempting to upgrade in the Hamilton Beach towards the Cuisinart Griddler Junior. was since the Griddler Junior. has detachable grills to facilitate easy cleaning. However the Griddler Junior. has a lot more going for this… With it’s stainless finish (all the exterior however the handle and base are stainless), it is a handsome appliance.
