เรื่องมีอยู่ว่า มีลูกค้าสั่งของ จากทางผม และของชนิดนั้นเป็นของที่ยังไม่ได้เปิดใช้เลยยังอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์ ทางผมก็ส่งไปให้ลูกค้าเลย เนื่องจากปกติสินค้าไม่เคยมีปัญหา แต่พอไปถึงมือลูกค้าแล้วสินค้านั้นกลับใช้ไม่ได้ ทางผมก็รับผิดชอบให้ตีของคืนมาแล้วจะคืนเงินให้เต็มจำนวนหรือจะเปลี่ยนเป็น รุ่นที่ใกล้เคียงกันก็ได้ แต่ตอนที่โทรติดต่อกลับโวยวายใส่ ซึ่งจริงๆแล้วผมก็เข้าใจว่าถ้าเป็นผมก็คงหงุดหงิดเพราะสินค้าสั่งมาแล้วใช้ งานไม่ได้ และคิดว่าอาจจะมีการโกงรึเปล่า แต่ผมก็อธิบายไปว่าเป็นเหตุสุดวิสัย

ใน กรณีแบบนี้มันไม่เหมือนกันนะครับ คือทางผมต้องเก็บเงินก่อนเพื่อจะนำเงินนั้นไปเบิกของออกมาจาก supplier ถึงจะได้ของมาแล้วส่งให้ลูกค้า สินค้าผมก็ลดให้ ค่าส่งก็เป็นคนรับผิดชอบหมดครับ ซึ่งเปรียบเทียบกับการที่ซื้อของจากTVก็ได้ครับ คือเราเห็นสินค้าที่เราชอบ เราก็ต้องสั่งซื้อและโอนเงินให้ก่อนใช่ไหมครับ แล้วถึงจะมีการจัดส่งมา แล้วถ้าสินค้าเราเสียเราจะติดต่อขอเงินคืนก่อนได้ไหมครับ ก็ไม่ได้ ทางบริษัทไม่คืนเงินให้เราก่อนแน่นอนเพราะว่าเขาต้องเช็กสินค้าก่อนว่ามัน เสียหรือมีปัญหาจริงไหม จึงต้องขอสินค้าตีคืนมาก่อน ถ้าเสียหรือมีปัญหาจริงค่อยติดต่อกับลูกค้าว่าจะให้คืนเงินหรือจะเปลี่ยน สินค้าดี บางบริษัทซื้อแล้วไม่รับคืนด้วยนะครับ ต้องเป็นบริษัทที่รับประกันสินค้าดีจริงๆ

ซึ่งทางผมปกติรับประกันสินค้าภายใน 7 วัน จะเปลี่ยนหรือจะคืนเงินก็ได้ครับ ส่วนตรงนี้ผมก็คืนเต็มจำนวนไม่ได้ลูกเล่นอะไร แต่กลับมาเจอลูกค้านิสัยแบบนี้ ขอแอบมาระบายหน่อยละกันครับ นิสัยส่วนตัวลึกๆออกมาเขารู้หมดว่าเป็นคนยังไง ไม่อยากด่าออกสื่อครับ อิๆ ^ ^
